    You know, out of all the options for computer repair that i’ve tried, Secure Remote is by far the best choice. They’ve been nothing but patient with me and my family while repairing our computers. We aren’t the smartest computer people in the world, and they do a great job of not making me feel like an idiot. They explained everything (very well) that I asked so that I could understand it, their charge was not outrageous, and they back everything up with guarantees. I wish a lot of other companies could practice those same principles. I guess those are the benefits the end customer receives when dealing with a smaller company versus the giant corporations.
